Aurifil Thread

Made with long staple egyptian cotton, ideal for detailed machine emboridery, red work, quilting, lace design and sewing.  This thread has really taken off with machine quilters and has been used in numerous award winning quilts.  Long staple cotton gives this thread the strength needed for high speed machines.  Cotton mako is also mercerized, giving it a sheen not found in most cotton threads.  Four weights and an extensive range of colours.  You can purchase these threads one at a time or join the thread club program and collect 72 spools over 12 months.
