Hire of marquee, set-up costs, tables, chairs, catering etc are not included in the above cost, it allows for use of the property and clean-up ONLY. We would also recommend the hire of at least two porta-loos for guest convenience (we do have two toilets on the property). Property must be cleared by 12.30 am.
